All of our grandmothers and elderly would have all the advice that we would need but not the able bodies to complete the action. Any skills for self-sufficiency would be valued greatly. People who know how to can and preserve food would understand the need for nutrition. My grandmother was raised during WWII rationing and always kept a full pantry growing up as I grew up. She would reuse everything, if something wasn’t twice it was a waste. I never realized these habits were caused by the rationing in her early life. She taught me so much about emergency preparedness without meaning to.

You can also store them in cans and jars. Sugar really is important to keep in your food storage. So no matter how you store your sugar, you should plan to store it in different ways to maximize the benefits and keep your moral up in
