As you may know, I’m now fully retired from both teaching as well as coaching and, after years of contemplating doing it, have decided to write a book. The main reason I decided to do this was based on the fact that over my many years of running and coaching, I’ve had so many experiences in the sport that have influenced me and made a difference in my life, why not share what I’ve learned with others.
The book will be entitled: “One More Hill to Climb” with a sub-title of “What running taught me about life, coaching, and surviving at running camp.” It's roughly 30% complete and I’m planning on self-publishing it later this year or in early 2018. And, I might
