One Month Behavior Modification Program Analysis

In order to create a one month behavior modification program based on the principles of operating conditioning, one would have to base the program on the roommate motivation on loosing weight. Once that has been completed then one can start to create a weight loss program that would be the most beneficial for their roommate.

Furthermore, to have the most success in the weight loss program one needs to be able to calculate a well devised one that will bring the most success for the roommate. Therefore, every ten days of the month there will be a different set of exercises to complete in order for the body to always have that constant change. This allows the roommate to remain interested in the program and prevents them from disliking it
