One Direction Research Paper

Ever since I was 11 years old, One Direction has been one of my favorite bands. Watching One Direction grow as a band, whether it be a new album, a new chart topping single, or even losing a member, they have maintained one of the top positions on the Billboard charts for the past four years. As long as there has been pop-culture, entertainers have defined it. From the stage of The X-Factor UK to concert tours across the world that each grossed tens of millions of dollars, One Direction has taken the world by storm. Regardless of what music you listen to, it’s undeniable: British pop band One Direction has quickly become one of the world’s most influential entertainers of the 2010’s.

According to IMDb.com, One Direction did not originally audition for The X-Factor, rather Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik auditioned individually for season 7 of The X-Factor.
