Oncoming Dispatcher Analysis

. On 22 July 2016, an investigation disclosed you were found sleeping in the dispatch center by the oncoming dispatcher. The oncoming dispatcher attempted entry through the remote access door in addition to several knocks on the door with 3 phone calls to the dispatch center. After several failed attempt the oncoming dispatcher knocked on the window where he observed you sleeping. This shows a complete disregard by you to meet Air Force standards. I expect all dispatchers to comply with Flight Management Plan FMP 32-07 para 2.2 which states “The Dispatcher will remain awake and alert at all times” and Article 92 “dereliction in the performance of duties”
