On Your Own
In this POW I’m explaining what path I am going to take after I am done with high school. Like whether I’m going to college or not and where I’m going to live. I’m also going to create a plan like how much my bills would cost and I’m going to afford everything. I would live in an apartment in Manhattan close to my school and job, and pay around $866 since I have 2 other roommates and the apartment is $2,600 a month.I also would have the house already be furnished since everything is already expensive as it is. Having at least 2 roommates since an apartment usually cost over $1,000 a month. Because I’m living in such an expensive city I would have a to help cover the cost of everything. I would work at a local Taco Bell from 4:30PM

    2 % Rule Case Study

The 2% rule states that your monthly rent should be approximately 2% of the pur- chase price. In other words, a $100,000 home should rent for $2,000 per month; a $50,000 home should rent for $1,000 per month. This is a very conservative esti- mate that is very simplistic but can help in deciding if a property warrants a deeper look. In most parts of the country, the 2% is very difficult to achieve, but the closer you can get to that, the better cash flow you'll receive. Real World Example: An average three bedroom home rents for $800 per month in your neighborhood.…

We have heard far too many times during childhood socialization, “work hard, stay in school and you will never be poor”. In fact, poverty is largely due to a social structure. By no means is poverty a result of laziness, or irresponsibility, in fact this is primarily because of the degrading quality of jobs being offered, the lack of full time employment, not to mention the affordable housing crises that we have been experiencing for far too long. These societal issues are at a macro level, no wonder why people are being pulled into the two dollar a day poverty with no real possibilities of getting out.…
