It's easy to see why people give credence that if a teenager does an adult action , the teenager should be treated as an adult and be given life time sentence without parole.In the article “On Punishment and teen killers” Jennifer Jenkins believes “If brain development were the reason,then teens would kill at roughly the same rates all over the world.They dont.”(P6).
