Juvenile justice is the time when a person is not old enough to hold responsible of their crime. Many young people are committing adult like crimes such as murders, rape, and other crimes. Now the juvenile justice system is cracking down on these teens and kids’ for vicious crimes. Juveniles should be convicted as adults for violent crimes because juveniles have the choice to do these crimes. The author's argument is that teens and kids should be punished their crimes. Teens and kids are living in a violent culture where they have a thrill to kill. They explore this thrill and commit crimes that the juvenile justice system is punishing them for.
