OM is student-centred, theory-driven course which balances concentration between theoretical operational models and practical decision situations experienced Operational Managers. OM uses a variety of teaching and learning approaches including group work, individual reading, lectures, discussions and case studies. Student participation and interaction are regarded as central to the class and students are expected to fully engage in all sessions to share their ideas and experiences as well as learn from their peers.
