Oliver Quinn was on break in the living room watching a video on his Ipad. While Oliver Quinn was watching his Ipad, Oliver Quinn got up and started to engage in inappropriate touching ( Any instance of touching another person with hands or fingers without asking permission includes tapping on touching face) towards Onounuju Dike. When Onounuju Dike attempted to block Oliver Quinn, Oliver Quinn attempted to bite staff (Onounuju Dike). Oliver Quinn was prompted back to his seat but turned around and rushed at staff, Onounuju Dike and engaged in aggression; hitting, kicking, biting, head butting, and scratching. Staff was unable to safely block Oliver Quinn's challenging behaviors and a Physical Management Procedure was complemented.
