The employees are nice and greet the customers with a friendly smile. As soon as the guest walked through the door we heard, “Welcome to Olive Garden”. Their staff is highly educated in the field of service they provide. When you walk in, the staff is dressed formal and gives off a professional appearance. They are highly educated on types of wines and dishes. The waiters are exact about how long it will take to get food and kindly bring you to your seat. Sometimes, the managers will walk around making sure you need nothing. It’s nice that they are making efforts to make sure their customers are happy. Its family-friendly atmosphere provides us with a good place to have dinner with family and friends.
