The late adulthood is a developmental stage with its own special issue and task. Usually, older adult after their 65s retired from the work does not have much to do as we consider. However, it is the precious time for them to reexamine their life and complete the unfinished things and career. For example, a lady age 73 was an army nurse when she was younger. Definitely, there are pros and cons for an older person who are an ongoing worker. The positive effect is that with the increase of age, they have plenty of knowledge that can share and teach to the younger coworkers which can help the younger one get knowledge from them and appreciate the kindness and patient that old adult provide for them. Also, the older adult can solve some complex problems in the workplace quicker and calmer than the younger one.
