Old Testament Research Paper

Our roles to the current generation should be as the Old Testament Prophets. The prophets of the Old Testament had very specific roles. God called some to foretell, some to be messengers, and some to forthtell. God used some of the most unlikely men and women to do His will. God used Noah to build an Ark. The Ark was meant to preserve His animals and Noah’s family. It was also used as a sign of His majesty. God used a prostitute to show that He could forgive anyone their sins and to also show that none of us are without sin. God used Daniel to foretell of Jesus’ coming and to show some miracles that only God could do. God used Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to show there is no place God will not go to protect His people. God used Moses to foretell of the horrible plagues that were to come against Pharaoh if he did not let God’s people go.
