The dark city is full of magic,illusory elements.it is perfectly portray that raffi is the brave and hansome hero.At the beggining of the book,the writer’ve already decribed him how to defeat his enemy before.after that,the citizens call him the savior,he became the legend of the world.the time was passed away,10 years later,raffi is 29 years old now. he conceals one’s identity with his wife,they have a fine time.However,the black wizard return to the world,so raffi decided to step on the journey.he tries to find his old friends who used to help raffi defeat the enemy.but he had a little bit hestitation before he found his friends,because he has already have one son and one daughter,he felt he cannot take risks to go to battle.If by any chance he is killed by the black wizard,noone can take care his family.But the black wizard’s left and right hands try to kill his wife,of cource finally he defeat them and he knows that he cannot sit and wait for death,the world will become death planet even if he doesn’t stop the black wizard.And he promises to his wife ,he will come back home soon

He feels tranported with his passion for drawing, and painting so much that he becomes indifferent towards most of the world around him.And because of his lack of dedication and focus towards in education.The people surrounding him,especially his father begin to feel ashamed (sense of shame) of what he was become.Asher is not rebelling intentionally ,he has grown toostrongly to attached to his art that he can not help himself.However in pace with the time goes on, Asher grows older,eventually he learns how to channel his emotion and energy into his art work,finally he becomes a successful
