resident of Oklahoma City, near northwest expressway. I am writing with some concerns some residents and i have regarding making recycling mandatory in Oklahoma City, because we throwaway reusable waste that can be recycled. This will help reduce the amount of waste coming from our homes, factories and some businesses. Recycling should be mandatory for everyone because it can lead to a clean environment, conservation of materials and the creation of jobs. Recycling will help creates a clean natural environment in most communities in Oklahoma especially those located close to landfills. Making the process mandatory will greatly help to reduce the amount of waste reaching the landfills, because the recyclable waste would have been sorted out
