The hundred or so shops here feature all the popular luxury brands as well as some middle-ground ones – from Tommy Hillfiger to Yves Rocher and more.
The best part? The entire mall is built underground, so many tourists miss it – which means you might end up mixing with lots of locals when shopping here. The center stage of the mall is the giant troika fountain, which splashes visitors as they step into the mall. The title of India’s first luxury mall is aptly justified by brands like Rolex, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, & Canali. An elevated roof top helipad will provide a five minute aerial commute to the airport. Four storeys of multi-level parking, in addition to one common basement for the entire UB City and extensive surface level car parks, will provide UB City the remarkable prospect of offering virtually unlimited car parking space.
Other highlights at UB City include an 800 seater Amphitheatre, internationally famed Oakwood Serviced Residences along with a Day Spafrom Angsana. To ensure your taste buds are also taken off, UB City is home to various cuisines ranging from Italian to Chinese, apart from Indian & Japanese options too.
UB City set heads rolling when it was first announced & till date continues to dazzle. From being voted as the most outstanding structure in Karnataka, to picking up 11 awards over a short 3 year period, UB City truly lives up to its billing of being India’s first Luxury Mall. It has won the Karnataka’s Outstanding Concrete Structure Award in 2008.
