The infamous trial of O.J. Simpson left the vast majority of people questioning why a killer is sitting comfortably in his home and not behind bars. Connection O.J. Simpson murdered Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman because unarguable evidence is presented against him. O.J. Simpson has been married twice and had 6 children before the trial. O.J. married Marguerite L. Whitley in the early summer of 1967. They had 3 children together, Arnelle, Jason and Aaren. Their daughter Aaren Simpson drowned in the family swimming pool 2 months before her second birthday in 1979. Marguerite and O.J. then divorced later that year. While O.J. was married to Marguerite, he met waitress Nicole Brown. (O.J. Simpson Biography) Nicole and O.J. quickly fell in love and soon started dating. They got married in 1985 at O.J.’s palatial home in the tony Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood. Years after the trial, “O.J.: Made in America” provided an explanation. Simpson’s former agent Mike Gilmert claimed he advised O.J. to stop taking his arthritis medicine during the trial. Because Simpson didn’t take his medicine, Simpson’s hands swelled up and he was unable to move them.
