Officer Pasillas listens to prisoner concerns, problems, and complaints and utilizes exceptional interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with each prisoner and respond to their concerns in order to provide for each prisoner’s emotional care. He ensures that each prisoner receives a meal and the necessary hygiene items during his shift. Officer Pasillas remains in control of his housing units by setting expectations and following through with the enforcement of those expectations. He ensures prisoner custody by conducting surveillance walks at random
