There are many important skills for this job that includes having a strong understanding of medical language and also good communication skills, since MOA must be able to connect accurately with the medical profession and patients. They also organized well by their nature, be a very strong team player, be adaptable for changing the technology and be skilled with the computer technology and the medical software having problem solving
