Hello Kenny, the offender’s probation commenced on February 13, 2017. He was arrested for the instant violation offense before any contact could be made with the offender. According to the criminal complaint, he was arrested with two stolen firearms. I’m not sure what address he plans on doing his house arrest but the address we have listed for him in database is 1543 Marlboro Street Pittsburgh, PA 15221. This is the same residence where an ambushed styled shooting occurred in April of 2017 that left Probation Officer Bruce Jackson with a gunshot wound to the head and a relative of the defendant, who was on house arrest shoot four times.
