Off The Bat Gender: The True Meaning Of Identity

Some may say that a person's identity is all sorts of things but do people even know the meaning of identity. The true meaning of identity is yourself only you know you're true identity but were talking about like if someone were to first meet you what to do atomically think of when they meet you some say it's your family that impact who you are others say it's friends but I think it's your gender. I feel like identity is important because without it how would we think upon each other by looks? I feel that if we didn't have identity we would be dull and plain and uninteresting. Even if gender isn't a big impact on a person's life some may argue. Right off the bat gender depends on how you act like you have to act a certain way according to your gender. Say you a male in society's P.O.V you have to get a job and bring home money and be successful but some men don't do that and in society's view it's wrong. It's a human thing to do just make up what we don't understand because we can't understand what it is therefore our mind can't handle it and makes up something and the mind starts to believe it say you meet someone new and you don't know their real gender because maybe their male but look female or female but look male you're mind thinks of the gender it looks the most like and gos with the flow and in reality sure you might be right but what happens when you're wrong so is some way gender impacts our identity in society. Why can't we just not care about it tho like why do we have to make ourselves better by knowing the gender of someone like why can't we just let them live like who cares what gender they are? As a result we should just not care on what impacts other people's lives if their living so are you let them
