Off Switch: Is It A Good Thing?

Many people think it's a bad to have a day of unplugging, but it really isn’t. To me it’s a good thing for a two reasons. That people don’t have a off switch to what they do and there are things you can from it.

My first reason is that many people don’t know when they are on the internet to much. According to source 3 “But some people don’t have a off switch.” Not having an off switch is a really bad thing. Some people don't have a off switch could cause dark eyes, sleep problem, and even losing or gaining weight just for being on the computer or your phone. To me I rather have no internet for a day than have dark eyes or sleeping problems. Would you give internet for a day?
