I tell ya a guy gets too lonely an’ he gets sick”. This theme is telling us that no matter who the person is he/she needs the comfort of another person when lonely and when that person doesn't get that comfort from another person then they weak as a person meaningless and angry and that there only thought is to shun away from everyone because no one is giving them love, care and most of all the recognition that yes there a human that needs the comfort of a friend just like anyone else
