Odysseus Effective Leader

Odysseus is a effective leader he is intelligence and have a lot of leadership skills in inspiration and intelligence conversely, he could have demonstrated forward-looking better. He had also blind the cyclops even if it would be a risk the cyclops could of woke up before he stabbed him in the eye and saw him trying to stab him that's were his leader ship and intelligence skills came in. in contrast to that he had slept with another women than his wife that’s where forward looking skills are lacking and yet he didn’t know he would be trapped by a women an his man will get turned into whine. He remind me of this story called dxd and a guy Issei he lost contact with his friend family and school members plus he didn’t think about the future all he did was think about now but devils came after him one night and took him in a abandon house he didn’t know what to do, but then he think and think he said he was going to burn it's wings and spit on it because the wings is what the devil loved, he did it when the devil was sleep and after that the devil couldn’t move then about 3 months later he got in contact back with his friends, family and school members but they didn’t think it was him because he was more stronger and more handsome looking and both stories have similarities both learned good lessons to be a better leader u have to learn from your mistakes and honestly Odysseus had a lot he is an effective leader he encountered many challenges and learned from his mistakes at the end inform with a lesson and that’s is why however he is an effective
