Odysseus Actions Justified Analysis

For the last ten years of fighting the Trojan War, the only thing on Odysseus’s mind was trying to return home as fast as possible to his kingdom of Ithaca, and his lovely family. But the journey wasn’t smooth sailing, as he had to stop numerous times to fight off creatures, monsters, and angry Greek God’s, who all took their shot at ending his life or forever keeping him somewhere he didn’t want to be. So when he finally reached his kingdom he was expecting it to be the way he left it, however that wasn’t exactly the case. To make sure Odysseus got his family, kingdom under his control and internal happiness back, Odysseus had to put out a tactic that should only be used on the battlefield of war. Its not something Odysseus wanted to do after coming home for long years of war, but it was something they earned and brought upon themselves. Everybody didn’t deserve to die, that why they say a little less of them did but the ones who died were disobedient and went against everything their life and job was about. Wooers such as Antonius was the ring leader of the suitors, got murdered first in a brutal way by having a arrow shot through his neck, but that was the point that the servants realized Odysseus was there to revenge all the actions that happened when he was gone. Another reason why I show no mercy and believe they got what they rightfully deserved was because the servant Eurymachus attacked Odysseus after pleading for him not to kill anymore suitors. That was alone shows you how evil and dirty the suitors who were plotting against Odysseus and his family were. Also suitors such as Agelaus and Melanthuis stole Odysseus’s weapons to use against him. It just some actions deserve violent answers and this was one of
