As they implement the change, the company will be more modernize. It will be easier to control the company, and would be greatly manageable for GDG.
Easier to realize the problems.
As they are of a small organization in each hotel, it is easier for them to handle the turnover rate, as compared to bigger hotels. If their plan fails for one organization, it is easier for managers to identify the problem immediately and take action on it.
By outsourcing, more costs will be reduced, as they do not need as much manpower as before. In this way, GDG will be able to save more cost on hiring manpower, and to reduce all other expenses as well.
Ability to source for more skill expertise for staff.
Finding skilled resources is one of the biggest challenges faced by companies today. Additionally, investments are also required to train employees. By outsourcing to the companies, it could save the organizations the hassles by providing access to skilled resources at a lower cost, and also the additional benefits of not having the burden of managing them directly.
