As I jumped out of the car ready to start the new vacation I was amazed by the vast size of the ship and all I would do this week. The Ocean Spray hit me as we entered the dock. I could not believe I was finally here after what felt like years of waiting for this trip. The ship was a huge Carnival and it had a slide on the top it was a shade of bright red and made me think of a water park in the midst of summer and walking towards the ship I could not stop looking at it. The slide was peaked on the top of the cruise and was the highest point except of course for the funnel. As we entered the cruise ship we were greeted by the large monumental Lobby. The size of the lobby seemed to be at least half the size of the ship I felt like miniscule …show more content…
As we waited in line to go up I remembered what my grandmother had told me about there being an unlimited ice cream bar on the ship after we saw our rooms that is where I wanted to go. It was finally our turn as we got on it was scary. When the glass elevator took off I watched the floor. The base of the lobby getting smaller and smaller going up to the suites. I saw where the elevator stopped I was amazed at how small the lobby looked from up here. We got off the elevator and started walking towards our rooms. We stopped at room B226 opened the door. As I enter the room I saw that my sister and I would be sharing a bunk bed so I immediately put my stuff on the top. My mom stopped me saying that my sister was more responsible and I would not feel well with the swinging of the ship so I should go on bottom I just gave up on that. We decided to exit the room and explore the …show more content…
I noticed that Brianne had an ice cream cone in her hand. “Brianne” I asked looking wide eyed “where did you get the ice cream”
“On the top deck next to the pool” Cassidy said answering my question. I noticed that she had a plate with a cheese covered piece of bread I could even smell the tomato sauce but with the ocean air it did not look that satisfying I immediately was aware it was her half eaten slice of pizza but that wasn't what I wanted I wanted ice cream and I was going to get that . Immediately I started pleading my mom “Can I go get some ice cream

I feel like this was the best thing for AQHA. Without this leveling system participation would eventually hit an all-time low. The Tower of Terror is set up like a spooky, old elevator. The ride has three rows of three seats on each side of the elevator. The elevator door opens and closes on different floors, each time when the doors open you see the whole Disney park from high up.…

Sitting there at the end of the pier was the USS Enterprise (CVN 65) towering over every other ship it dominated my sight. Even from far away it was massive but as I inched closer it began to take over the sky, eventually it even blotted out the sun leaving me standing shivering in its cold shadow. I was so enamored by it that I barely remember boarding, only a slight conversation while crossing the quarter deck. Inside the chill lingered as I looked around out the varying shades of black and grey as the pipes wheezed with the life of the ship. Petty officer Sendler was already there waiting for me along with the few others going to reactor division, he would be the one to lead me down into the labyrinth.…
