Kathleen is a 20 year-old woman. She has just begun her second year of college. She is a full-time student that also works almost any free time that becomes available to her. Kathleen has an obsession would the fear that others will not like her. Her life is focused around the thought of making herself picture perfect. Kathleen shows the compulsions that are present in OCD. She repetitively makes sure that things are turned off and locked completely. In which interferes with her daily life. She will leave events or turn around and go home, in fear that she forgot to do something. She cannot control these feelings and when she does them it only takes some of the stress away. She will also repeat certain tasks and phases to calm her down. Kathleen has these symptoms for many years. But only recently they have had become worsened. Her relationships with others are always somewhat rocky. She believes that they do not really care for her the way they say they do. Her OCD causes her to not want to leave her home in fear that something will be left off and
