Five years from now, I see myself completing a doctoral-level occupational therapy program and beginning a journey of making people’s lives worth living. This accomplishment will overwhelm my spirits knowing that I have reached a point in my life that I have worked so diligently for. I know I will want to work full-time in a community where I am needed the most. I would aspire to be utilized in a variety of settings such as an outpatient clinic as well as acute facilities. I appreciate the chance to see the progress in my patients as they come to me weekly and work towards making their weaknesses into strengths; therefore, I would hope to work primarily at an outpatient clinic. I will value the importance of collaborating with physical therapists
