My assignment to compare between occupations has helped me understand the concepts and ideas of occupational science. By identifying my productive, pleasurable and combined occupation, I learned there are different meaning to each occupation that we do. For example, studying is my most productive occupation, it is associated with my identity as student and furthers my personal growth. Studying is goal driven, as a student, it dominates the majority of my time and is essential for me to become a successful occupational therapist.
