In terms of person and occupation fit, it was generally a poor fit. As Kate’s condition got progressively worse, she had lost functions of her kidney, too weak to even undergo chemotherapy and she also couldn’t go anywhere as her body’s defence was at 0. Thus, this limited her ability to perform most occupation, majority of her time was spent resting at home, or at the hospital bed.
There was a fair fit between environment and occupation fit. Kate grew up in a very supportive environment and her family members would always make an effort to ensure that they have an enjoyable family time.
