Dedication plays a massive role in being staff on a server, sure you can be staff on a server but keeping your position is another thing. You need to dedicate time and effort into keeping your position on a server. I always dedicate time to things I like doing and things I dislike I dedicate time to but not as much. I guarantee I put time into OpCraft now and can put more into it if chosen to become staff for the Network. I feel massive Dedication and a drive to become staff on OPCraft and I will do all in my power to achieve this

I only apply for servers to do exactly what the tag states. I'd be fine keeping helper until the day I have to leave or something happens. I want to have the rank for what it does, not what it gets and that's where a lot of servers die down when they have staff abusing. OPCraft is full of great and polite staff and I feel I could add a great personality to the team. OPCraft I don't see anyone abusing their powers and are always kept in line to keep the server as stable as it already is.

Being professional when being staff is a massive thing. Especially when you are screen sharing someone and you can be potentially wasting their time you need to make sure you are not wasting any time and being as professional as can be. Being staff on the server you are showing anyone else on the outside world and players how the server is made and how it is run. I've been staff on some pretty bad servers and they have just died out because nobody is professional and they want to take everything as a joke, Sure have a joke but you need to be serious when needed and I feel I have that responsibility to do the right thing when needed.
