Obstacle Racing Research Paper

I strive to live a healthy and active lifestyle. When I was younger, my brother and I were always snowboarding. We would often go to The Snow Bowl in Middlebury and make ourselves to home. Our family also went hiking and fishing quite often. As my brother and I grew older, he joined the Air Force. Eventually I began running around the block every day. Though running is a great form of therapy for me, I am a person who needs a variety of hobbies and excitement. Obstacle racing is my newest fascination. I have been obstacle training for almost two years. Though I have participated in only a few races, I enjoy working out and practicing on obstacles. It’s really fun to learn how to physically and mentally maneuver my body through the obstacles.

The thing about running is that you hate it until it’s over, at least for me that’s true. Personally, I like running, and it gives me a chance to get out and work towards something.
