Observations - Observing students can provide meaningful information about how students are achieving and what approach they are taking to study. Recording information canexist in several different forms. For more details, teachers can use notes to write down their observations. At the end of the day, these notes can be quickly filed into individual student file folders. Then they use a notebook that contains all the students' name in class as a useful collection device.
