Observed Four Pts Perform Pre-Operational Checks

Observed four PTs perform Pre-operational checks per PX-2977. The Process Engineer, two PSMs and Defense Board were present for the operation. The PTs performed ED-16-024 Issue B steps 1-4.33. PTs wore the correct PPE, used conservative decision making (asking for clarifications from Process Engineer prior to proceeding). PTs maintained Person-Person coverage.

Operations were paused due to the pit being in the wrong side. Another NEEP and NCE will be required if the pit does not drop.
