On January 5th, 2017 at 15:26 Hrs. I was dispatched to investigate a possible man down at the intersection of 50th Ave. and Hoover Rd. The RP reported that a white male was sitting in a white passenger car with his head slumped back. I arrived on scene and observed a white male sitting in the front seat of his vehicle, his head was slumped back and appeared to be unconscious. I knocked on the drivers side window. The driver awakened and rolled down his window. I asked the driver whom I identified by his Kansas Drivers license as Robert Michel Chew if he was in need of medical attention, he said no. Chew said he was on his way from Derby to his home in Wellington when he became tired and started falling asleep while he was driving so he pulled
