On Monday, November 20th, 2017, at 0000 hours, I was dispatched to Ladnier Road near Graveline Road to assist Officer Allday with a traffic stop.

Upon my arrival, Officer Allday conducted a consent given search of the vehicle while I spoke with the driver, Walter Lindsay. I watched how Walter stood and noticed that he could not stand still in one spot so he asked to take a seat on the bumper of the patrol car. I noticed that Walter's eyes were bloodshot and pupils were dilated. I asked Walter how he was doing tonight to which he responded "I just came from a friend's house" in a slurred and spaced out manner. When asked where he was coming from, Walter stated "Homestead."
