Observation Of Tanny Flowers

I called Ms Michelle Davis. I informed her that after I took a look into the CW system and also by my phone conversation with the CW caseworker, Tanny Flowers, there is nothing that will prevent her to become a foster home to her granddaughter, other than that Michelle has missed my other scheduled visits with the child and both parents, and that is because the distance where she lives and Jackson Co. Medford.

She also was informed that as of today, the plan is to family reunification, so the CW and the parents are working to have their child back. This is court ordered and the CW and parents agreement. So it is important for both that they have supervised visitations and any visit cancellation will jeopardize the plan. That would be the only reason why she is not consider as a family resource.

She said that her pediatrician has changed and that the foster parent is not taking her child to her Dr appointments, she also shared that she has pictures of her daughter with bruises.
