Observation Of Martin Luther King Jr

On August 8, 2016 at 1015 hours while patrolling in the 7900 block of Piedmont Avenue Glenarden, Maryland 20706, I (Ofc. Wilson #9346) and Ofc. Kelly #9340 noticed two subjects sitting on the steps that lead towards Martin Luther King Jr. Highway. I exited from my marked police cruiser #109 and asked them why they were hanging out on these steps. While approaching them I observed the male subject toss something onto the grassy area. I asked him what was that item he tossed out of his hand and he stated “it was a cigarette.”
I asked them if they had any identification and they didn’t and F-1 advised his name was (Craig Anthony Tyson) and F-2 advised her name was (Erica Saphire Sellers). While being detained I requ8ested from communications
