This morning I was dispatched to HQ for a walk-in. When I arrived, I spoke with Christy Ruple, who resides at 124 Carver Drive. She advised last night approximately 2100 hours while sitting outside smoking a cigarette, a black Ford F-150 stopped and parked in front of her house. Christy stated the vehicle was occupied by two (2) white males. Christy being curious on what they were doing approached and attempted to speak with them. One of the males advised they were coming back from the Eagles game and now meeting a friend here. As she got closer the vehicle, she observed them “rolling a joint”.
