CCIB received a telephone call from RP stating that while at the daycare she observed that Claudia’s assistant Wendy is providing care for 11 children (3 are infants) by herself. RP reported that Claudia leaves Wendy alone with the children everyday while she picks up her own children from school for about 20 to 30 minutes round trip (Wednesday’s at 1:30 pm and the other days 3:30 pm). RP reported that Claudia’s children attend a school named Junction. RP mentioned that she goes every day to breast feed her son Benjamin and that is how she observes the assistant with the children. RP stated that on 9/13/2017 son David came up to her when she was at the home feeding and notice that he had a diaper, RP stated that David is potted trained. RP
