I recorded my niece, three days food intake from Friday through Sunday, using Super Tracker. She is nine years. On Friday for breakfast, she consumed two glaze donuts and a 6 oz. serving of orange juice. For lunch, she consumed, two cups of iceberg lettuce, an half cup of raw carrots and broccoli, an half cup of red onion and a tablespoon of ranch dressing. Her beverage was a 4 oz. can of orange soda and one 20 oz. bottle of water. She consumed one cup of fresh fruit salad.
