The children are with the mother until Sunday, the father will be picking them up on Sunday Evening. Reporter noted Deslynn was spanked (beat) by the mother’s boyfriend (William C. Dennison Jr.). She has bruises all over her bottom to her mid-thigh area and on both cheeks. Reporter noted the bruises were 4-5 days old when they saw the child on 12/25/15. They took pictures on day six.
