Observation: Desert Vista High School Early Learning Center

The other preschool classroom I observed was the Desert Vista High School Early Learning Center. The indoor environment of their classroom is smaller than my dream classroom but there is many different places for the children and students to play with toys, games and sing silly songs. Their indoor environment is very energetic because of the places and things that the children can play and do in the classroom with their classmates and teachers which is important because they want the children to have fun and feel safe. The outside environment is very cool because the children are able to do what they want and play and run off some energy but they are also able to play some pretty cool games with other children. The safety consideration in this classroom is very strong because the children can be put either on the red line or in thinking time for running in the classroom, hitting friends with toys, not playing on the playground correctly and not respecting or treating their teacher’s right. My dream classroom and the classroom I observed there environments are similar because both classrooms want the children to have fun, learn, be silly and to be safe in the classroom. I feel like our two classrooms can be different because we both have a different feeling for how much time the teacher should be teaching and how many different messy but fun activity’s that they do with the teacher but they both have the same goal that there classroom is a place for the children to have fun and learn new and different
