Therapist diverted from plans because she observed individual crying and asked what was bothering her. Individual stated she was having problems with her mother. Therapist and individual discussed the problems individual and mom was having. Therapist and individual discussed and worked on conflict resolution skills and how to live together peacefully. Individual states she will not say a word to her mom and go to her room.

Individual shows regression with anger management as evidence of individual stating she argues and can’t stand her mom daily.

Therapist plans to meet with individual on Thursday, November 19, 2015 between 10-12 PM to continue to build a rapport with individual and work on anger management techniques through verbal communications
