Objective (s). Ms. Joann will comply with medication regimen. She will demonstrate appropriate medication management by adhering to medication daily schedule 3- 4 times per week as evidence by self-report and medication chart.
B ( Behaviors) Ms. Joann welcome counselor at the door. Ms. Jones was neat and clean. She appeared to be in a good mood.
