There were two questions that I felt were the most beneficial, and these were both the question that asked me to write my own obituary and the question that asked me to write a list of things that “stress me out”. I believe the question that asked me to write my own obituary was one of the most beneficial questions because this question allowed me to reflect upon my past and the events that have shaped my life to this point. This question also allowed me to think about how I wanted to live the rest of my life. Writing my hypothetical obituary allowed me to realize that I want to live a long life, filled with many rich experiences, such as getting married, having children, and making a difference in the world.
