Every year the percent is getting larger and larger by the minute and can't be controlled. One medicine that could be helpful with being obese is exercising not to much but just some sit ups or push ups , another way to prevent this is to just watch what you eat , eating unhealthy food can be a habit but if you don't want all of those calories to go into your stomach you have to put the effort in to lose the calories you just consumed or you will just be sad about your weight for your whole life and always wonder why you didn't want to lose this earlier. And if one of those people who want to be lazy about working out then just moderate and keep an eye on what you want to eat , instead of wanting to go out and eat make some home cooked meals which are way more healthier then the fast food
