Obesity in America is getting worse, two third of the adults in America is obese. Obesity leads to many many fatal diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.Heart disease is the most leading cause of death in America. As a more developed country, America have abundance of food with lots of nutrients. America also runs on fast food which contains a lot of fat and it is very unhealthy. Americans gain weight from eating these fatty fast food and develop fatal diseases.. Therefore, Americans should stop eating a lot of fast food for the benefits of their own health . Daniel Ben Ami argue that Americans should eat more instead of eating less like the poor people in other least developed countries. He claimed that Americans should aim to be fat.
