Obesity means having a large amount of body fat in the body. if you become fat, it's going to have a lot of effect on the body such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and other kind of condition. Heart failure is a condition in which the heart muscles become too weak to maintain, as a result the heart fail in the process. people should be considering exercising when they feel depressed or when you feel like they overweight. All they did was feeding her fast food because they barely make a home cook meal so she become diabetic and it was difficult for her to breath. One day when she was eating she passed out because of her heart rate was beating extra fast and she ended up being in a comma for a day. The doctor said she had to undergo a surgery to survive and they remove some fat; the doctor also talks to her parents and encourage them to cook her more healthy food, and just because she asked for fast food they don’t have to get it for her.

In conclusion, it’s good for everyone to be made aware of the cause and effect of obesity and for people to act and start treating their body more proper and healthier. Proper excising is very beneficial to your health because it keeps your heath rate going also eliminate lots of disease, boost your confident and well as your self-esteem.
